Paul McCaughey is the founder and driving force behind RPM Equipment Sales & Rentals. Launched initially as RPM Crushers & Screens in 2015, the company began with a focus on compact crushing and screening solutions. Under Paul’s leadership, it has since evolved into RPM Equipment Sales & Rentals. A full-service dealership offering sales, rentals, parts, and service across a broad range of material processing equipment. His vision and steady guidance have built both a trusted team and a respected name in the industry. His strong industry relationships, deep product knowledge, and dedication to service continue to guide the company’s growth and values.

Aisling Bumgardner has led the administrative side of RPM Equipment Sales & Rentals since 2017, bringing a hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style to finance, operations, and vendor management. With a background in management roles in medical billing and circulation services, she is known for driving accountability, improving processes, and keeping teams aligned with RPM’s business goals.

Keith Kimmerle joined RPM Equipment in 2025 as Vice President of Sales, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the crushing, screening, conveying, and material processing industries. His career includes 26 years with Powerscreen, followed by four years in sales leadership roles at John Deere and Kleemann’s Material Processing division.

Rory McCaughey joined RPM Equipment in 2016 and brings over a decade of experience in the heavy equipment industry. As Equipment Sales Manager for Southwest Florida, Rory specializes in mobile crushing, screening, shredding, and washing systems. This also includes jaw, cone, and impact crushers, scalping and finishing screens, slow-speed shredders, wash plants, and a full range of conveying equipment.
